    Multifamily Discount - $40 per Player Discount after the first TWO players at the regular fee.  To receive the discount all must be registered at the same time.

  • Copy of birth certificate is mandatory
    A new copy will be required this season. Hospital Certificates will NOT be accepted.
  • Medical Insurance Information 
    (Policy Number, Doctor Name and Phone Number)
  • EXACT check or cash for fee

    • Refund Policy:

  • No refunds after coach/team notification
  • Fee is 100% refundable, less $25 processing fee, through July 18th for Elite Players and September 1st for Recreational Players
  • 50% of fee is refundable until coach/team notification, less $25 processing fee
  • No refund requests accepted after Dec. 31st of the current season
  • Conflicts with team placement/practice schedules, ect. are not considered exceptions
  • All refund requests must be in writing

    Special Notes

  • As a result of our rapid growth, we anticipate needing more coaches than normal this season in ALL age groups.  Teams cannot be formed until coaches are in place.  Please sign up at registration to provide our young players the opportunity to play!!
  • The following is included with your registration fee (rec. program only) - uniform, pictures and trophies/medals.
  • NO team requests for recreational teams.
  • Developmental and Competitive players must attend player evaluations for the Desert Elite Program.  Teams should be available for U7 through U18.
  • Registration and player evaluation dates can be confirmed on our Hotline and website.
  • These will be your only opportunitites to register.

    • Board Positions Need to be Filled

    Several positions will become available as we begin our season.  Please indicate your level of interest on the registration form.  Most positions include FREE family basic registration fees.

    Clarification of Skill Levels

    DFAC offers several levels of soccer commitment.  These are summarized below to help fill out your registration.

    Recreational - Includes all U4 Soccer Tots, U6 Co-ed, U7/U8, U9/U10 and U11/U12 teams.  Main focus is on fun while learning the sport.  Players do not attend Skill Evaluations and all teams play in our internal DFAC league.  An attempt is made to play everyone equally.  U4/U6 Friday or Saturday Play Days, U8-U12 teams have one practice a week, games on Saturdays. Season begins in September and runs into December.

    Desert Elite Developmental - For players willing to make a more significant commitment.  There will typically be 2 practices per week, all teams play in a Valley-Wide League, with usually 2 or more weekends dedicated to tournaments and additional fees for uniforms, training and tournaments.  Season runs through February.  These teams play in our Desert Elite Program.

    Desert Elite Competitive - Our highest level of play for players U9 and above; usually one team per division with all teams playing in a Valley-Wide League.  Includes multiple practices per week, additional fees for uniforms/coaching/training/tournaments.  Playing time is dependent on coach.  Typically 5 or more weekends dedicated to tournaments.  Season could run into March/April.  Out-of-State travel is possible for our most advanced teams.   These teams play in our Desert Elite Program.
